Communication Junior Consultant

Professional Aspirations

Greta has always had a natural inclination for communication and a certain ease in expressing her inner and outer world. She realized this back in classical high school, when parents and teachers urged her to nurture her writing skills and aim to become a journalist. She then decided to enroll in Political Science, was accepted at LUISS University in Rome, and moved to the city.

Suddenly becoming a mother at twenty, she learned that life can change in an instant and that even the most solid plans can be disrupted. She discovered that true strength lies in adapting to change, using every unexpected turn as a chance for growth and experience.

Back in Florence, she earned a bachelor’s degree in International Studies, followed by a master’s in Public and Political Communication Strategies. She entered the healthcare sector somewhat by chance, thanks to a university internship that allowed her to organize and manage World Diabetes Day for several consecutive years. She then continued to work for the same Agency, specializing in organizing medical and pharmaceutical events and congresses. However, an unfulfilled desire for communication and a growing interest in Digital Marketing pushed her to keep learning about Social Media Marketing and to find a way to combine her passion for social media and writing with the gratifying feeling of being useful to others. She joined Helaglobe, and from the very beginning, she was struck by the trust and passion her team has for their projects.

She has a strong aptitude for dialogue and teamwork, firmly believing that it’s through interacting with others and questioning one’s own beliefs that the best ideas and successful projects are born.

Why do I work at Helaglobe? Because the idea of contributing, in some way, to improving others’ lives fuels personal and professional growth and fulfills the natural need to do something genuinely useful for others, as well as for oneself.

Three adjectives to describe yourself: Responsible, dreamer, optimist on alternating days

Three standout personal qualities: Tenacity, resilience, curiosity

Three essential qualities for someone in your role: Empathy, creativity, critical and analytical skills

Inspirational figure: Bebe Vio and all those who, despite starting life with considerable challenges, manage to turn them into sources of strength and pride every day, relying on determination, a smile, and good humor.

Professional aspirations: To turn my passions into my work and my work into a passion.

Personal aspirations: To paint, travel, learn to surf, enroll in a climbing course, a fabric course, a dance and acting class, write a book, and, above all, stop postponing it all.

My motto:
Think, believe, dream and dare. (Walt Disney)
